Terms and Conditions
Consent: By registering for or participating in The Financial Services Council of New Zealand Incorporated (the FSC) Future Ready Advice Summit, Tuesday 14 June 2022 (the Summit) all registrants, attendees, speakers, exhibitors, delegates, contractors and anyone present (the Attendees) agree to these Terms and Conditions which includes the FSC Privacy Policy. All information provided on the FSC website relating to the Summit is subject to the FSC Disclaimer.
Full Registration Fee includes: Admission to all Summit sessions, access to the Marketplace, all refreshments, lunch and snacks. Tickets will be released no later than five (5) working days prior to the Summit.
Digital Passes include: Access to live online streaming of all Summit sessions.
Membership Discount: To qualify for membership prices, your organisation or business must be a current member of the FSC. The current membership list is available on the FSC website. If your organisation or business is not a member then non-membership prices apply. If you are interested in finding out more about becoming a member, please contact the FSC team.
Accommodation: Attendees who arrange accommodation with the Summit venue, The Heritage Queenstown, do so on their own behalf, whether or not the promo code is applied, and the FSC takes no responsibility for any costs, charges or incidentals incurred. All guests of the Heritage are subject to the Heritage Queenstown’s terms and conditions.
Liability Disclaimer: The Summit organisers and their agents do not accept any liability for any errors or omissions which may appear on the FSC website in relation to the Summit or any Summit materials or brochures. To the best of our knowledge, comments were correct at the time of writing. The Summit organisers and their agents reserve the right to amend any part of the programme without notice. Such amendments may include change of dates and session times, substitutions or cancellations of speakers or social functions. The Summit organisers and their agents accept no responsibility for the accuracy or content of any oral or written statement made by any speaker or exhibitors at or in connection with the Summit.
Force Majeure Event: The FSC, its suppliers and its agents shall not be liable for any failure or delay to the Summit and any associated event arising from attributable to acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond its reasonable control or the reasonable control of our sub-contractors or suppliers as applicable, including, without limitation, strikes or other industrial disputes, failure of a utility service or transport network, act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, terrorism, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, fire, flood or storm or pandemic (Force Majeure Event).
For the avoidance of doubt, a Force Majeure Event includes a COVID-19 order imposed pursuant to a COVID-19 Public Health Response Order, including any Order Amendments or amendments to the COVID-19 Protection Framework (Traffic Light System), that prohibits the holding of the Summit and any associated events up to and including the dates of the Summit.
COVID-19 Protection Framework: The FSC and Attendees of the Summit are required to comply with the Summit venue requirements, including the provision of a valid My Vaccine Pass (or similar approved vaccination certificate) and personal identification (if required), and adhere to all requirements as per the New Zealand Government’s protocols for the applicable Traffic Light Level inforce at the time of the Summit.
Cancellation Policy: Tickets to the Summit may be transferred to another delegate at any time by contacting the FSC. In the instance that the Summit is postponed, or held by another medium, tickets will remain valid for the new dates. In the instance that the Summit or any associated event is cancelled, tickets are fully refundable..
Third Party: By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you agree to the FSC adding your details to the contact database and sharing your details with third parties connected to the Summit, including sponsors and exhibitors and such consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting the FSC. Contact details and personal information can be amended at any time by contacting the FSC.
Filming and Photography: The Summit organisers will film different aspects of the Summit and take photographs at the Summit and associated events. These materials remain the property of the FSC and by registering for and attending the Summit all attendees, speakers, exhibitors and anyone present give consent to the FSC to use the video footage and photography taken at the Summit.
